Maths Students Celebrate Florence Nightingale at Lancaster University
On 10 January, our Maths students enjoyed an inspiring visit to Lancaster University, where they celebrated the achievements of Florence Nightingale, an early pioneer of Mathematics.
Students attended three fascinating lectures exploring different areas of Mathematics, broadening their understanding and appreciation of the subject. They also engaged in solving a variety of puzzles, applying their problem-solving skills in fun and challenging ways.
The trip was a fantastic opportunity for our students to deepen their passion for Mathematics and gain insights into its diverse applications.
