Business Blackpool Pleasure Beach 2024

Last Wednesday, 112 Business students enjoyed an excellent trip to Blackpool Pleasure Beach. Students attended a presentation and workshop delivered by the Park's marketing team. This included a brief history of the Park, how they collect and use market research data, their promotional strategy, how they design and build their attractions, their financial management strategy, and their future plans for managing the legacy of the Covid pandemic.

This allowed students to relate the theory learnt this year to a real business example. Following the presentation and workshop students and staff had the opportunity to enjoy the Park's attractions. A fantastic day had by all, topped off by some excellent weather!
