Mental Health & Wellbeing
At RSFC we recognise that there are a number of emotional and mental wellbeing challenges that young people face day-to-day. You may feel depressed, stressed, anxious or have low mood. This might be caused by College work, arguments at home or you may not know why you feel the way you do.
You might face challenges such as:
- Meeting and working with new people.
- Exams, deadlines for written work or presentations.
- Maintaining relationships with family and old friends.
Coping with new challenges can have an impact on your mental health, but there are lots of things that you can do to make your time as an RSFC student easier and more enjoyable.
Mental wellbeing is extremely important and we encourage all our students to follow the 5 Ways to wellbeing:
- Give
- Keep Learning
- Take Notice
- Stay Active
- Connect
