Twelve of our incredibly talented art students have been working with Year 9 pupils from Falinge Park High School to produce a large scale art piece to commemorate the victims of the Holocaust. The art piece will be on display at Falinge Park High School.
The three dimensional work of art has been made with a mixture of materials including cardboard, paper and clay.
Teacher of Art, Steph Dixon said: “The group discussed how they would like to remember those who suffered during the Holocaust and how they would plan to bring the piece to life. They used this opportunity to work with the Year 9 pupils to build on their collaboration skills and did an absolutely fantastic job. The students thoroughly enjoyed the sessions with Falinge Park pupils, and we are all proud of the piece they have produced.”
